For accredited investors, we provide an opportunity in first lien real estate backed loans, a lesser-known investment strategy that historically has been difficult to access. The overall objective of the fund is to provide investors with strong cash flow from borrower interest payments while preserving investors’ principal investments. Minimum investments are $50,000 and all types of IRAs (Traditional, Roth, SEP, SIMPLE) can be used through a self-directed IRA custodian.
For borrowers, we provide short-term, business purpose loans for residential fix-and-flips and new construction in the Dallas-Forth Worth area. Our loans are very much relationship-based and vary by borrower and property. The goal of our lending program is to provide a low-fee, hassle-free lending option with favorable terms compared to those of many hard money lenders.
